I put in s complaint in for the latenesse of my pip assessment wad cancelled and how it affected me. I received a letter back apologizing and basically admitting it was their mistake. For a gesture of good will I got £25
Everyone has the right to have a say in what ever method they use

@Harp, at least he company admitted their mistake a thing we as individuals own up to, plus you got £25 A’s compensation, I hope you claimed your travel expenses.
