Hi @Dramaqueen and welcome to the Community. It is nice to meet a fellow Scot and thanks for the question. I'm not from Fife myself, but I know there are some members on here who are so they maybe able to advise you on this. Have you tried looking up Fife on the VisitScotland website, it may tell you? I'm sure they must have something in place there for people with disabilities. I hope you find out the relevant info anyway. All the best.0

Hi @Dramaqueen and welcome to the community!
I have found this article that might be useful. It does mention some of the places you have said, but also has links to other sites.
Please let me know if I can do anything else to help.0 -
Hi @Dramaqueen......not too sure about hiring but have you considered using the Shopmobility facilities in Glenrothes, Dunfermline, or even Perth? You're not limited to the shopping centres and there are some lovely areas to explore. Unfortunately the Kirkcaldy Shopmobility closed down a few months ago. I trundle around Perth quite a bit on my own scooter which goes everywhere with me in the boot of my car. Have you considered getting your own?

Hello @Dramaqueen
What sort of walks are you talking about? Are you talking pub walks or just rambles around town? If you are wanting to buy your own scooter, try this Scottish company.
This is their website https://mobilityscotlandltd.co.uk/.0
