PIP Reward review

Good evening. I was wondering if anyone knew of a PDF version of this form I could download. I am currently on enhanced pip and have received this review frm but spilt coffee all over it. I cant find a PDF version. Thankyou guys I would appreciate any help

I have had a look and couldn’t find anything @charlie79. Ring the DWP and ask for a new paper form tomorrow morning instead.

I'm waiting for it in the post. I have overwhelming evidence so I am lucky. I just want to get it sent ASAP as its distressing me. Just frn and everything done

Google PIP renewal forms. You might be able to find a PDF copy that way.

As you've spoiled it you will have to phone the DWP for a replacement as it's the only way.

Hi @charlie79, I hope you aren't waiting long for the replacement form! It's great that you have lots of evidence, please do be careful that it is all relevant though.

It's best practice to treat a renewal like you did when you first applied as they will expect the same level of detail. I hope this helps, the very best of luck with your claim and please do let us know if there is anything else we can do to help.
