    @sam12, you're not a loser. I'm so sorry you're feeling this way and I can understand all the stress of the PIP tribunal isn't helping. Have you been in touch with your mental health team this week at all?

    Just spoken to social worker he is 1 f c he not willing to support me

    Hello @sam12   Sorry to hear this. Your not to blame for anything.

    How can we help?  You mentioned your mental health team are they helping?

    They should be advising, offer guidance be supportive.

    If there not.  Have spoken to a Mental Health Team Manager often there to be supportive.
