If like me your network provider is Giff Gaff and you are contacted out of the blue by them asking if you have othorised for your phoned number to be changed....  DON'T reply.
Contact your bank instead. 
I replied and had almost £3000 talken out of my Santander account.
I'm pretty sure I'll get it back.  What mad day though ?
