Hi Adrian how are you as you probably know life for me hasn’t been easy I’ve been battling with depression and suicidal thoughts now for 3 months now I’m still struggling with it but I’m taking each day as it comes0

Please can I say sorry to see you are struggling mentally. Please if I can offer a suggestion.
Please have a look at any support or advice and guidance with your mental health.
I have mental health issues myself. I use mental health charities.
By accessing mental health charities. They do offer a lot of help and support. Give you a lot of information and ways to deal with any issues.
I use coping methods and strategies. Which I am often putting on this forum for the benefits of those having problems.
This is something you have in place to deal with any issues and have a plan a way to cope.
It is a daily problem dealing with every thing. Especially depression or anxiety and thoughts you have.
I am glad to hear you taking each day small steps every day. I know this myself.

You can self refer or speak to your GP. Floating support or an outreach worker. Offer guidance, advice on your well being and anything else. Including benefits.
