Hi @nadinetisor. I'm sorry you're finding things difficult at the moment but taking it one day at a time sounds like a wise thing to do. Have you got any plans for the week? :)

Hello @nadinetisor   Pleased to meet you.

Please can I say sorry to see you are struggling mentally.  Please if I can offer a suggestion.

Please have a look at any support or advice and guidance with your mental health.

I have mental health issues myself. I use mental health charities.

By accessing mental health charities. They do offer a lot of help and support. Give you a lot of information and ways to deal with any issues.

I use coping methods and strategies.  Which I am often putting on this forum for the benefits of those having problems.

This is something you have in place to deal with any issues and have a plan a way to cope.

It is a daily problem dealing with every thing. Especially depression or anxiety and thoughts you have.

I am glad to hear you taking each day small steps every day. I know this myself.

Please have a look at this one.

You can self refer or speak to your GP.  Floating support or an outreach worker.  Offer guidance, advice on your well being and anything else. Including benefits.

Might not be in all areas.

    If not look at MIND.

Please if I can be supportive or you wish to talk or chat. Always here anytime.

    Please take care.
