Hi @daniellelinleyx
Great to meet you! How is your daughter doing after SDR. How did you find the whole process? I would love to talk with you further about it

@Adrian_Scope - my little girl really enjoys attending school, she’s made lots of new friends & the school have been really well with her additional needs & adaptions which is really good, as I do know some people find it hard finding a good school that meets the needs of individuals.@r@Richard_Scope - I would be happy to chat further with you more about my daughters SDR surgery and the process, if you would like to email privately? She’s recovered really well and has made amazing progress. She couldn’t sit balanced on her bum before surgery was a “W” sitter, she couldn’t walk very far without falling and she would walk on her tiptoes. She was also using a Kaye walker before surgery - she now has a single stick and uses that, but uses her Kaye walker in the playground, she still needs her wheelchair for long distances. But she can now put her own socks on, she can jump, she can walk much further, her confidence has come on loads. She’s incredible, the surgeon and physiotherapists are really pleased with her progress.Like I say if you would like to chat further feel free to private email me, my email address is [removed by moderator].Kind regards.Danielle.0
