CHICKEN AND CANNELLINI BEANS

Hello every one this my sort of comfort food I eat on a cold wet night.
Curled up night attire on. Sorry to give all you ladies an image might be too much for some. lol.
On the sofa watching or listening to Tv, Radio or music.
You will need the following.
One pack of Chicken used diced breast.
Vegetables, Onions, Carrots, Celery. diced up used one of each expand on numbers.
Passata Carton 500g
Stock cube Chicken
Can of Cannellini Beans drained.
Herbs Oregano and Fennel Seeds half a teaspoon of each.
Chilli to your taste if you wish leave it out. used a quarter teaspoon.
You need a sauté pan, Chopping Board with a cloth underneath and a zip bag to season Chicken, use Black Pepper and Salt.
I use also Onion, Garlic Powder as well. Half a teaspoon of each.
Knife and Olive oil. Colander to drain beans.
METHOD.
Put Chicken in to zip bag add spices seasonings.
Seal up and coat.
Sauté pan on a medium heat add Olive oil and colour Chicken.
Dice vegetables season and colour add Passata, plus stock cube and beans, herbs spices Fennel Seeds and Chilli if using and touch of water.
Bring to a boil simmer for a round forty minutes.
Serve in a bowl with bread.
Enjoy every one.
