Career change
Hey. I have been working in a nursing led challenging behaviour residential unit since I qualified just over 3 years ago. I am considering applying for a community nurse position and also a health facilitation position within the community. However I am quite anxious about this change. How have other people found moving from inpatient to community setting. I feel I would be quite lost at first and wondered what type of support I could expect.
Thankyou
