Hey guys I’ve just been told that my Assessor made a decision that Iam not fit for work and had put me down for lcwra.
I also got told that it had to get sent to another Decision maker and I was wondering how long it takes for the whole process before receiving a payment and I am also wondering how much I will receive the first time I sent a fit note was on the 6th of April 2018 will I receive any backdate and if so how much will I get on top of my monthly payments

Hello @candice7610 and welcome to the community.
Were there any gaps in your fit notes at all? That's a long time to be waiting for your assessment!
The assessor only makes a recommendation (although the decision maker usually goes with this), but sadly there's no timescale for how long it takes for the decision maker to decide. I've seen it range from days to months unfortunately.
However, when a decision is finally made, if it is for LCWRA this is an extra £336 a month on top of your Universal Credit. This should be backdated to 3 full assessment periods after your first fit note.
