Landlord's agent requested meeting about my tenancy

Hi I have several conditions which make life difficult and stop me from working. I am now worried the present government are going to erode disabled people's rights. I have autism and may be on the brink of being evicted. The landlord's agent has requested a meeting about my tenancy and have requested I have an advocate or social worker with me. I don't have access to an advocate or social worker. I have overpaid my landlord £150 because I'm rubbish with money. They won't give it back and say I can use it to top up future rent. It seems there is nothing I can do. He raised my rent by £50 a month, just before Christmas.....Scrooge!
Does anyone have advice for me? I am going to the citizens advice bureau.

Hello @DidiB and a warm welcome to the community.
I'm sorry to read your landlord is not returning the money. Will they let you use it to pay £150 less on your next rent instalment?
Did you have any luck speaking with CAB?
