Back injury venting

Last Saturday I coughed and I think I tore a muscle in my lower back. While the pain is refreshingly different from my chronic lb pain, I've been stuck mostly in bed all week (more than usual!) and it sucks. 

Grumble.

    Ouch, sorry to hear it @Waylay! I've done similar through coughing before and it's not nice. How are you feeling now? Any better?

    Struggling a bit, to be honest. Missing my Mum, and isolating for a few more days, so lonely.

    Are you able to phone or video call your Mum at all @Waylay? I know it's not the same, but it can be a good way of keeping in touch and reducing loneliness.

    I'm so sorry to read about your mum @Waylay. I hope isolation hasn't been too hard on you, how much longer until you're out of it? Do you have anything planned for once it's over with?
