Using your skills, abilities, talents, qualities to help others like yourself and those of our community.
You need the following a honest, approach, friendly. Have kindness, sympathise and empathy. Sensitivity.
Use any thing you have to bring to the website, forum.
Experience, knowledge. Health history. Work experience not necessary but useful.
For example I have mental health, disability, addiction history. I am disabled, have interest in diet and nutrition.
Qualifications in those.
Volunteering mental health charities. All used to support members.
You will get training and support, safe guarding and lots of advice.
