MY FIRST RECIPE USING MY NEW OVEN.

Hello every one this the first recipe using my oven.
I wish to share with all your lovely members and my friends.
Nothing difficult I hope.
CHICKEN CANNELLINI BEAN RAGU
You need the following. Skinless Boneless Thighs for two people two each.
Freezer used Carrots, Onions a third of a cup of each.
One Tin of Cannellini Beans.
Potatoes half a bag of baby ones precooked these first.
One or Two Courgettes or Zucchini sliced diced or buy frozen.
Already sliced.
Carton of Passata 500g.
Stock cube
All Purpose Seasoning one teaspoon.
Garlic Powder
Paprika
Ground Coriander
One teaspoon of each.
Chilli Flakes or powder quarter teaspoon.
Or to taste.
Herbs dried Parsley, Basil, Fennel Seeds half teaspoon each.
Please note All Purpose Seasoning found in most supermarket. Is something I use a lot.
Sprinkle on to meat or vegetables gives savoury taste and has a range of spices herbs seasons .
METHOD
Oven on 150 degrees nice low and slow. A medium stock pot or large one oven proof.
Season Chicken with All Purpose Seasoning . Add to a freezer bag Chicken, measure of All Purpose Seasoning seal shake in to pot.
Add every in to the stockpot no pre cooking. No need as most of ingredients are precooked as frozen veggies do not take long.
Dice cut Courgettes or Zucchini large chunks , Potatoes as the same.
Passata carton any left empty with touch of water, into stockpot.
Add everything else, drained Beans, stock cube some hot water kettle swirl the stock cube around. Add Herbs, Spices mix in .
In the stock pot with everything, all veggies and cover.
Into Oven 150 Degrees fan for a hour.
Other timings check adjust.
Any left over veggie Ragu or Soup add Pasta.
Did this tonight first meal for ten years. In Electric Fan Oven.

Got a Chicken in a stock pot with Onions, Leeks and Stock.
Chicken Minestrone tonight .
Have put this on before do it again for you and my friends.
Use Macaroni as Pasta, not for Cheese sauce used a lot in Soups.
Do you like Minestrone ?
Can be simple not many veggies or with Chicken or Sausages .
On hob new ceramic one have Meatballs in Pasta sauces and Chilli spicy ones.
Bought on line tin foil container small ones to freeze every thing.
Get tired as we all do weekends mean simple Fish or veggie Pasta or Soup.
Fish but Salmon cook it cool it down and freeze it tin foil. Flake it.
The making any Pasta Sunday or Saturday warm sauce through end add flaked Salmon.
Already cooked so add your Pasta.
Can do food under the grill as well. Not jus for toast great to do.
Had a toaster like used the grill . Cheese on toast with Mango chutney fabulous lol.
Remove grill rack line it add anything like Fish brush Olive oil tin foiled lined . Or anything does not take very long.
Some changes as well short cuts tips tricks again will share.
