I suffer with my spine, I have Congenital Dysplastic Pars Defect which has caused Spondololythesis (slippage of the vertebrae l4-l5). Not really had a any problems until about 4-5 years ago. Since then I have also been diagnosed with the onset of Spina Bifida (I have just turned 45 last august), Osteoarthritis, and after a fall which fractured my spine, Osteoporosis. I take 25 tablets a day to help me with the chronic pain I suffer with, but I still work one day a week and try to keep as active as possible. I have had many issues with benefits and employment and been triumphant.
