Strangely enough, no, they didn't mention that. Am I right in assuming that this would be a case of requesting a mandatory reconsideration of the new decision, and then opening a new appeal? Either way, it's definitely something I'll go over with my wife and see if she wants to push for enhanced daily living. You can accept the offer; get benefit into payment and then appeal anyway.
