Since my ESA was stopped in April 2019 I claimed ESA to JSA transition but was forced on to UC. A division they made today is what has brought me to ask for help and advice here. I am sure my case has to be the worst ever and if I could post letters or screenshots here you would wonder why it has taken 11 months with no change or apology from DWP UC.

Hi @PGN67 and welcome to the Community. It is nice to meet you. As @poppy123456 has said above, she does have extensive benefit knowledge which is excellent and would be best to guide/advise you so please feel free to pose your DWP question to her when you are ready. Meantime, I hope you enjoy your time with us and find our site to be helpful. All the best.1
