Hi do you mean your oesophagus doesn't move food down..ie no muscle action as in peristalsis?
-
The top part of the oesophagus goes into spasm and further down it is not working as it should. I am ok with liquid but can only eat semi solid food.

Have you had advice from SALT? ie speech and swallowing therapy......they came to my home re choking problems and gave me exercises which do help.
-
No not been referred yet
