Hi everyone hope ur all well.
just needing some advice. I currently get esa permitted work and I only do 13hrs a wk as I’m disabled. I send my wage slip every month to esa to prove I earn less than ur allowed to. But with the outbreak of coronavirus my company has decided to give us all a 10% bonus on the hrs we work which will then take me ova the limit to earn ova the nxt few months. Wat happens now?

Hi,With permitted work, if you have earnings of more than £131.50 per week after deductions then you won't be entitled to any ESA and it will stop. All changes need to be reported.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

£131.50 is the maximum amount you can earn each week, deductions are tax and NI. If you earn more than this during any week then you won't be entitled to ESA and it will stop.
