Hi, my name is Rachel, not sure if things like this are allowed however am currently at college studying sports. My research topic is the impact sports has on someone with Cerebral Palsy. Due to the coronavirus i have been unable to interview the people i had planned, so it would be a huge help if you yourself or know someone with CP could fill this quick questionnaire out. There is only 15 questions so shouldn't take long.
My email is rachellarkin-x@live.co.uk.
All questionnaires would be fully anonymous.
Thanks everyone,
Rachel.

Hi Poppy123456,
How do I edit my post. Sorry didn’t realise.0 -
Hi @rachel1988 - Welcome to the community. You are only able to edit any post for one hour, so Admin will likely do that for you tomorrow. For future reference, once you've posted, there's a 'cogwheel- like link' to the top right hand of any message you send. You can click on that, & then 'edit' your post within the hour slot..Personal info isn't allowed to keep you safe. Hopefully Admin will also look at your post, & suggest a suitable form to use to help your research.1

Hi Chiarieds,
Thanks for this was really helpful?0 -
Hi @rachel1988
Just some thoughts- have you considered setting up your survey using google forms? That way you could ensure that its completely anonymous, as the way you've done it at the minute requires people to email you, and therefore you will know there email address and therefore who has submitted which response. In google forms you can set up the questions exactly as you have but the go into settings and make sure that you don't ask for email addresses.
Plus, then you could just post the link to the form in this thread and people could then fill it out.
Hope that helps.

Hi @rachel1988 and a very warm welcome to the community! This sounds like such an interesting piece of research, so thank you for sharing this.
Like members have said, email addresses are only allowed in the research section of the forum. However, I have moved you post so please don't worry about that!Events, research and opportunities disclaimer
