Schools are closed and parents are working from home – what could possibly go wrong?
Life can be challenging at the moment and our Mindful Monsters are here to help you and your little ones make the most of each and every day during this time.
We have teamed up with Victoria Sumner, a counsellor and psychotherapist of Alma House Therapies to bring you this exciting set of 12 new activity cards to create a little bit of fun and laughter with your children.
Focusing on 4 key areas, the activity cards aim to boost creativity, improve concentration, inspire positivity and aid relaxation.
Over 15,000 parents have benefited from our activity cards, so why not give them a go too?
