Mandatory reconsideration came back same no change

hi
after submitting all evidence from psychologists and gp MR same as before only 2 points.Some things they wrote also like i have a licence but said my son drives.How absurd Also saying i refused a physical examination which i did not the assesor said no need as i see you in alot of pain..I will appeal but have not had to do so in the past.I am also going to an MRI and nerve testing this week,Any advice on appealing how do i do it and any tips.

We had the same problem 18 months ago, everything the so called doctor said in the medical was complete rubbish and my gf scored 0 points. After MR we had 2 points waited 9 months for an appeal date and scored 25 points. STICK WITH IT AND HIGHLIGHT ALL THEIR ERRORS

t am awaiting Citizens Advice to call me back received the letter on 18 yet it is dated 7.So if citizens advice takes a bit i need to continue online myself as one month will be 7 of May..Any suggestions
