Just come across this forum whilst looking for info on applying for a tier 2 tribunal for PIP. My award was reduced to standard so I went to tribunal but was refused so have been advised to request a tier 2 tribunal after receiving statement of reason ....is there anyone that can advise or if there is a template letter that can be accessed to apply to upper tribunal . Many thanks

Most first tier decisions contain potentially multiple errors of law. The issue is finding them and you usually need advice in order to do that. There are five potential types of error of law but every case is different so there’s no template at all. What you simply need is advice when you get your SOR/ROP.
