I would really appreciate some advice! I won my pip appeals on Friday 13th of March. I appealed 2 decisions and won both cases. I still haven't received any back payments. I spoke to the dwp today and they are paying my first appeal but they had some intervention re the second appeal. I'm really stressed out. I was on hold for half an hour yesterday, trying to see why my money hadn't been paid in. I was told today that someone would ring and ask me questions?? My money has gone up every month now though. Confused ?
Has anyone had this experience?

Hi apart from that how are you doing? As I understand it the DWP have 8 weeks to appeal a decision, usually on legal grounds, not sure why someone would phone and ask you questions if the tribunal has made a decision?
Let us know how you get on? And welcome to scope.

Hi @Melford_1 and welcome to the Community.  It's nice to meet you.  I too am unsure why the DWP would phone and ask you these questions and can understand why you are so confused.  Hopefully someone will get back to you to explain further.  Please try not to worry and as @woodbine has said, please let us know how you get on.  If we can be of any help/support to you then please just let us know.  All the best.
