Research participants needed! Nature-based therapies and mental well-being
Exploring the understandings of green prescriptions: a Foucauldian discourse analysis
What is the purpose of the study?
The purpose of this study is to explore your understandings of ‘green prescriptions’. ‘Green prescriptions’ are nature-based non-medical interventions such as gardening, physical exercise (walking), bird-watching and other activities that improve mental and physical health. We wish to explore your understandings of ‘green prescriptions’ that may affect your mental well-being and the impact of psychiatric inpatient services on mental health. I am hoping to add to the understanding and wider use of ‘green prescriptions’ for physical and mental well-being.
