Are there any social groups that meet up over zoom for disabled people

Hi folks, I'm new here and I'm starting to feel a bit isolated because of the lockdown.
I was just wondering if there are any social groups of people my age, 20s or 30s that meet up over zoom. I also have a disability, a visual impairment.
