Hi do you get any treatment or see a specialist about your condition.

I had this as a temporary condition due to my spine going out of line due to a bike ride, I saw a chiropractor who after lots of tereatments and over a year of sessions finally got it back in line.

Im not suggesting this could help you as you have had this condition from a baby

Hi @Gothskull and a warm welcome to the community. I have Cerebral Palsy, this has caused one of my legs to be shorter.

Have you seen a physio about this? They might be able to offer an insole which can help to manage pain.

I maybe should have mentioned that my leg is just over an inch shorter. I have had physio but it hasnt helped. I get a lot of muscular pain too.

@Gothskull insoles which @Chloe_Scope mentioned is a very good idea if you ask for a referral to orthotics they can make custom made insoles or inserts. They will likely make a huge difference to your pain levels.

Hi @Gothskull, if the leg length is too much for an insole, they are able to put a raise on your shoe. I've had this and the past and I was amazed at how it was done. They used the same colour as the sole and it wasn't obvious. It really helped with pain, especially in my hips and back.
