Work induced stress - sick leave and how to cope

Hi Reg and Mike
My current (old) role is home based and now all office staff have the choice to work from (most of the time, but come to the office one day a week) the new role I am being put in will require me to be office based, full time........................ which sucks.
Yes, I know that I am currently causing myself to be a victim as it would seem as though I am allowing these changes to happen and for my company to have no resistance from me.
This morning I emailed my manager to say that I was not signing the new job title until I see what the role requires and what my responsibilities will be. He has arranged a meeting for later this week.
Thanks for your thoughts on this matter.
