    Yes just said its from 2018 .I no god nos how it could of took this long.still makes it harder for me so not really happen .Will mention it too assessor when they call.and spend most of my weekend going over all the questions ..

    Yes, that's rather a long time to wait. Although you won't be the first person to have waited this long.

    If you kept a copy of the form before you sent it then i'd advise you to have a read before the assessment takes place. It may also be worth sending some more up to date evidence to the health assessment providers before the phone call. If you don't know the address you can ring them and they'll tell you what the address is for the area that you live.
    I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
