    yes carers allowance was £66.15 up to April 1st and it is always backdated to the day of application

    It's not always backdated to the date of application. Sometimes it's refused but it does of course depend on circumstances.
    I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
