Hi

It is entirely your decision if you want to appeal then you need to put in a MR explaining where you think you should have scored more

Without knowing the detail it is hard to say maybe get some advice from CAB or welfare rights

I’ll look into it just don’t want to lose what I have

That's understandable will your condition remain the same or is it likely to get worse before your next review

Just to help you out i have been awarded the exact same point like yours. I rang up and asked if i would lose my award if i do a mr and they said not at all. Last week i received a letter and have been awarded both enhanced. Only if you go to tribunal there is a risk of losing your award as it did happen to one of my family members.

That’s good to know, did you ring up and they looked at it there and then ?

No. Poppy has advised me a form. i have print it out and filled it with some additional evidence. This is the link: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/challenge-a-decision-made-by-the-department-for-work-and-pensions-dwp

Hi,

No one on an internet forum can tell you whether you could score more points for a higher award or whether there's any risks to the award you already have. Whether you could score more points will totally depend on how your conditions affect you against the PIP descriptors.
