Hi
It is entirely your decision if you want to appeal then you need to put in a MR explaining where you think you should have scored more
Without knowing the detail it is hard to say maybe get some advice from CAB or welfare rights -
I’ll look into it just don’t want to lose what I have
-
That's understandable will your condition remain the same or is it likely to get worse before your next review

That’s good to know, did you ring up and they looked at it there and then ?

No. Poppy has advised me a form. i have print it out and filled it with some additional evidence. This is the link: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/challenge-a-decision-made-by-the-department-for-work-and-pensions-dwp

Hi,No one on an internet forum can tell you whether you could score more points for a higher award or whether there's any risks to the award you already have. Whether you could score more points will totally depend on how your conditions affect you against the PIP descriptors.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
