Hi @charms - I'm not too bad, thank you for asking. I'm very sorry to read you don't have much support from your family & friends. This pandemic is certainly affecting everyone's lives unfortunately, just when we need the help of others the most. Please know you can chat here any time, as there's usually someone about. I'm also hoping that some of the info Scope has on having disabled children may help. Please see: https://www.scope.org.uk/advice-and-support/families-with-disabled-children/ Please have a look through. Have your children been diagnosed in the past year? Also have you had a look at the National Autistic Society? They may also be able to help. Please see: https://www.autism.org.uk/Have you had any help from a Speech & Language Therapist?I hope you don't mind the questions..... just trying to think what would help your family.0

@chiarieds yes we use to get a lot of support from friends and family and groups but most has stopped the baby well 2 and half has lots in place and we are under are local austim team but most help is online at the moment. Starting to miss face to face groups the big girl is going through her asd assessment and we have not had much support for her and she has being finding lockdown hard.0

Hi @charms - Thank you for replying. In the Scope link I gave, there's a mention of Scope's 'Navigate' programme. This is for parents whose child has been recently diagnosed, or going through an assessment. It gives you emotional support, which will also hopefully then help you. I'm sorry your daughter is finding lockdown hard, as many do. Anyway, please now specifically look at Scope's 'Navigate' programme as I've heard really positive responses from parents about it. Please see: https://www.scope.org.uk/family-services/navigate/
