Thanks for your replies. I find having anxiety and depression really restricts me in everyday life.

I'm sorry to hear that @Gavin_43. Anxiety and depression can definitely make everyday life much more difficult. Have you spoken to anyone, like a loved one or your GP, about how you've been feeling?
