    I got my call today, he over turned the decision and said he was sending the letter off .. is that what happened with yours thank you x

    No, he didn't tell me on the call he'd upgraded the award.  The money going into my account came as a very pleasant surprise.  The letter confirming the upgraded awards came a few days later.

    The DM did on mine but he did say its unusual for them to do so but he was a very nice man, thanks alot of for you help.. glad you got the decision you wanted
