Many carers themselves suffer health conditions and like myself have disabilities and its important that the support is recognised. This article here is from the local paper the Wetherby News. Its not about me its about raising awareness for all.  It follows on from recent discussions in the forum

Thanks for sharing @davegregson40! I can imagine that support groups for carers must be a real lifeline. Have you been able to keep in contact with them over lockdown at all?
