HI,

Someone will contact you because face to face appointments are mostly suspended. Although it may take a few days for this to happen.

Unfortunately, this doesn't work for everyone. My daughter and son in law claimed UC almost 5 weeks ago, just until she returns to work next month. While she verified her identity very easily it wasn't as easy for my son in law, even though he has a driving license. They did eventually ring him but it took a few days.
