@lisathomas50 thank you just rung my docs hopeless they are they aren't allowing patients into surgery so doc is going too ring me at some point this morning!! Poss fob me off with painkillers like they always do0

What pain killers do you take just try talking to your dr I am not saying you don't need pain killers see what your dr sats0

I just thought that maybe pain management would help especially if they are strong pain killers0

@lisathomas my doc has had me on morphine patches liquid morphine tramadol and codeine in past but not had any painkillers for about a year I try too plod on they to get by myself as dont want to be a burden to nhs got app today at 1.45pm I cant take pain anymore hun sounds stupid I know0

Its not stupid pain is awful but its worth trying some of the things I said to see if it helps hope you can getsome relief from the pain0

Been too docs hes took my blood pushing results thru for in morning also got to go to hospital tomorrow for x Ray's hes also prescribed me codeine 30mg tablets and propranolol tablets at 40mg each 3 times a day and I have invita D3 tablets too take1

@Tori_Scope thank you they did not have my b12 tablets in so gotta go get them tomorrow but took my other 2 sets meds I hope will feel pain free in bout an hour and thank you @chiarieds means alot1

I'm so sorry @Ibelive2020 - I absolutely hate being sick; it's horrible. Try this breathing exercise for me. It helps reduce stress & alleviates pain, & is something I use each night to help me sleep. Hope your ok not a good idea lol tskeing medication on an empty stomach let me know how you get on eat something calm yourself down a bit and try and relax tension can also cause pain0
