I just ordered a pair of tiny little plushy octopuses / octopi (not sure what the plural is)
They are really cute1 -
A new duvet, which I'm stupidly excited about.
though I'll be needing photos of the plushies @66Mustang1 -
@Albus_Scope I'd be excited about a new duvet as well!!!
Here's a pic from the shop of the octopus, it's from the Octopus energy company, we built up some points for saving energy and spent them on these

I missed out on the raffle to buy a £8 ticket for the £1,000 bottle of cognac, I couldn't justify throwing away £8
But my Mum told me if any more come up she will go halves with me, that made it a lot easier to justify!!!
Another one came up, £6 a ticket to win 6 bottles of XO cognac which are about £150 each
Fingers crossed 🤞3 -
Various greeting cards, a busy trio of months, a wedding, anniversary & several birthdays.

When I see the amount of cards my Mum buys, sometimes I am sort of glad that I don't know lots of peopleI keep them all in a draft email, @66Mustang, so I can neatly add & take away. The ancient birthday book was long ago filled & then disintegrated, nice to look back through for the memories though.Yep, better to be friendless, as they do mount up.3 -
I invested in 6 new tshirts from a site I've seen many youtubers talk about in paid promotions. Managed to catch the last few hours of a sale too, so it was all 45% off.
Now I need to get rid of some old tshirts to make room.2 -
Aftershave for my sons birthday today.2

@66Mustang
I think most young boys liked a spray off dads aftershave when they were young lol
Yes my son wears aftershave a lot which is why he goes through a lot lol I always buy him it at Christmas and birthdays it’s my signature gift for him lol
@Albus_Scope
Thank you he will pop by at some point today, as him and his partner are going away for an overnight to a nice hotel.

I ordered a few new outfits for my holidays.2

Our little octopuses arrived in the post
They cost £2 each out of our reward points, when we showed my Dad and said, we could have had £2 added to our energy account, or got this, he said ... "that's very nice but it's not going to keep you warm, is it?"2 -
