I have a question when I was on DLA MY MONEY WENT DOWN WHEN THEY PUT ME ON PIP BY 100 A MONTH CAN I CLAIM IT BACK AND IF SO HOW

HI and welcome,It sounds like your PIP award was a lower award than your DLA was. Did you request the mandatory reconsideration for the claim? If you didn't then when was the decision made on your PIP award?I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Just so I better understand what you're asking, are you saying your money went down by £100 when you transferred to PIP? Did you ask for a mandatory reconsideration if your award was lower?
