Hi to all,
I have started doing more walking which I hope will help me loose more weight and get me out of the house.
It was loverly to go for a long walk yesterday and today I have been on my smart wonder core
Exerciser.
So hopefully I will see more benefit in the coming weeks.
Who else is doing this.

That’s great that you go out for a walk, I agree it is great for your physical health but also for the mind as well.

I have noticed that a lot of people seem to be walking more during the lockdowns. Most afternoons when I take my dog for a walk down the river bank there seem to be quite a few people around.
