How is everyone doing with theirs?
I have only eaten snacks on 3 days of this year, and I am really pleased with that as before I was having snacks every day.
I have lost 6 lbs in January.
What about you?

My New Years resolution was not to make any resolutions and so far...I’ve stuck to it
i always remember the words of Homer Simpson, ‘trying is the first step towards failure’

The last time I was in crisis I had an 8 year old daughter and I was terrified they would take her away from me, so I lied all the time and said I was fine. Lost her anyway

That is just heartbreaking to read...coylygirl said:The last time I was in crisis I had an 8 year old daughter and I was terrified they would take her away from me, so I lied all the time and said I was fine. Lost her anyway
Hope the future's kinder to you.
Best wishes0 -
Can only agree with @Cress - I'm so sorry to read this @coylygirl - how are things now with your daughter?

@66Mustang to get a job i am on the scope job support and doing well so fingers crossed0

Thats a great goal to have. I have been there - with telling them I was fine - but now tell them the truth and they are much more able to help knowing the truth. On a lighter but still significant note it also helps with benefit applications as if they think you are fine they will say so to the relevant people!coylygirl said:To be completely honest with my health care professionals

I’m really sorry to hear that. I did notice your other thread - do you mean she was taken away or that she is no longer with us at all? Either way, you have my sympathycoylygirl said:The last time I was in crisis I had an 8 year old daughter and I was terrified they would take her away from me, so I lied all the time and said I was fine. My beautiful Jessica is still with us and it was her 20th birthday yesterday
Unfortunately we are estranged :'( and she said she wants no more contact with me. I did send her an e voucher and a short note though

Sorry to hear that. That’s really sad. Hopefully she appreciates the note and voucher. Maybe you can take some solace that if she doesn’t want to contact she is happy where she is, which ultimately is what you want for your child? I know that doesn’t make it any easier.
