How is everyone doing with theirs?
I have only eaten snacks on 3 days of this year, and I am really pleased with that as before I was having snacks every day. I have lost 6 lbs in January.
What about you?

My New Years resolution was not to make any resolutions and so far...I’ve stuck to it
i always remember the words of Homer Simpson, ‘trying is the first step towards failure’
?
(only joking)“This is my simple religion. No need for temples. No need for complicated philosophy. Your own mind, your own heart is the temple. Your philosophy is simple kindness.”

The last time I was in crisis I had an 8 year old daughter and I was terrified they would take her away from me, so I lied all the time and said I was fine. Lost her anyway

My beautiful Jessica is still with us and it was her 20th birthday yesterday Unfortunately we are estranged and she said she wants no more contact with me. I did send her an e voucher and a short note though
-
Sorry to hear that. That’s really sad. Hopefully she appreciates the note and voucher. Maybe you can take some solace that if she doesn’t want to contact she is happy where she is, which ultimately is what you want for your child? I know that doesn’t make it any easier.
