We were in the shoe shop and a rastaferian came in long dread locks he had never seen a black person before and my son said to me mummy that man needs help when I asked why he said he needs a wash and needs to brush his hair I didnt know where to put myself now he is married to a beautiful black lady
Our daughter who is 4 years younger than her brother Daniel couldn't pronounce his name she called him Dardle.
She added why so her mum said because it was poorly
She replied will they put it back on when it's better
And a nephew when he was young had a Nurse Harvey's habit....but he called it 'in a minute' as whenever he asked his mum for some she'd say.....
@janer1967 love the leg better...lol
When a child does say something like that, it is important to educate them as to why those sorts of phrases are not acceptable in society.
My brother couldn't say the word "bananas" he used to call them "numnas"
Thankfully he now knows how to say bananas

Anyway, we're at risk of getting off topic here, this thread has a fun theme, anybody else's children or young family members say some strange things?
