Hi everyone, this is my first time using these kind of groups. I'm not very good with lots of people, so meetings with others in person caused me huge panic attacks. So, this is all new to me. I don't know how everyone else is coping these days? I'm finding it very difficult.

Hi @Supernanma - & welcome to this friendly community. Thank you for joining, & sharing about yourself. This was the first online forum I joined, & I've found it a good place to be. As Lisa says, a lot of people are finding it difficult just now, but talking about things here helps, I feel. Many feel isolated, or find it difficult to cope with these lockdowns, but we all support each other, which helps, if just a little.Scope have put together some resources to help us all during this pandemic. I hope you may find them helpful. Please see: https://forum.scope.org.uk/discussion/75929/coping-with-stress-low-mood-and-isolation-a-support-thread & do also chat here any time, that's what this forum is for.

Thank you. I'm trying to find all ways that I can to talk to others and lift my mood with some of the many things on here. I will have a lovely look around tomorrow.

Thank you so much. I already feel comfortable here. Thank you all for the warm welcome.
So what is everyone doing during this lockdown? I normally do nails, only for friends and family because of my anxiety. Can't do that at the moment, so I also make clothes. I just need to get motivated. How is everyone motivating themselves? -
I'm listening to a lot of music and podcasts @Supernanma, as well as cooking a fair bit and tidying upp
I'm not sure how I motivate myself, maybe just think of how lovely it's going to be when all this is over and life can get back to normal, and use that to drive me through the lockdowns.
What sort of clothes do you make?Online Community CoordinatorConcerned about another member's safety or wellbeing? Flag your concerns with us.

I make, kids clothes, lounge trousers, leggings, and my granddaughters want skater skirts. I have all the bits but just not quite there yet with the motivation. Getting there, but, I guess it's remembering what is going on at the moment. I love music too. What kind if music do you like?
