    Morning everyone - Feeling down today as I seem to be trying to please everyone but can't seem to say or do the right thing 😔 My pain is really bad at the moment and I don't think that helps. I know it ok to have a bad day but some days are tough. Hope everyone is having a great Friday.

    Hi @andrewkuk I hope your pain eases soon and you can't please everyone. 

    The best  present I had last year was a snoogle, a big over sized blanket hoody. It has come In handy in this cold weather, just hope no one knocks the door

    Afternoon all. I've come down with a cold, which will go straight on my chest, got a drs appointment Tuesday not for this, was already booked.so can get my chest pack

    @Sandy_123 yeah we all had a really bad flu last year or the year before, I can't remember now, it wasn't Covid but was awful.. I have had Covid and that was not as bad ..   I felt the worst I have felt for over 15 years.

    At Christmas dinner my Granny said it was like a sanitarium :D

    Yeah, I think some old people just get to a point in life when they think, I will just say what's on my mind and don't care what anyone thinks :D

    Evening everyone I hope yous have a lovely night.

    Oh I went for a walk earlier and didn’t realise it was as cold as it is. My finger tips were numb and that was through gloves,
     I had to cut my walk short and get home. 
    It’s -2 just now. 🥶
    On a brighter note i put my christmas tree up this morning, i love all the lights sparkling away.🎄❤️
