    @Albus_Scope thank you I am trying to come to terms with this diagnosis and it makes sense to me why i have struggled so much in my life, I am glad I found this group and how friendly everyone I have chatted too

    Allow yourself a mourning period, it's a lot to take in.

     I found "Orion Kelly - that autistic guy" on Youtube very helpful.  Youtube really has been a huge blessing to the late diagnosed community.

    My day is far from good, this morning I had a dental bridge collapse and it cannot be retrieved, it needs implants now, and its depressed me no end.

    @Roddy123 I'm so sorry to hear that. Did they say where you would be able to get the implants sorted? I think you should plan what you are going to do after you have rested up from it. Something that makes you happy or something you have always wanted to try :)

    hello Hannah_Scope, they said the only long term option is implants, and i need 3, but the cost is astranomical and i'm thinking about it, they say I could have 3 posts drilled into whats left of the teeth, but it possibly would not last to long, teeth are a nightmare.

    Evening everyone I hope yous have a lovely night.
    I was out early had an appointment then picked up a couple of odds and ends.
    I went a walk about 4ish the temperature had dropped again it was really cold. 
    Glad to be back home.

    Im feeling better than last night, I have been taking headaches and feeling a bit dizzy on and off I  think it’s definitely my BP then me messing up my tablets didn’t help.
