    I know you don’t like going to the doctor but if it carry’s on please get checked out.

    I do know you don’t like going to the doctors but please if it gets any worse please at least get some advice. 
    And thank you I checked my BP it’s a bit high the nurse gave me a machine I need to give readings twice a week, I just realised I have missed one off  my tablets for a couple off days. I will make sure I take it. ❤️
