Still getting the spasms about 5 min apart since 4am so very restless and unsettled I'm afraid

Pain killers dont help. I take pregablin for nerve pain but not touching it see how it goes will ring gp if no better

How are you @SueHeath is your son still with you

Sorry to hear that @janer1967 i'm just thinking if any health shop things will help, i will have a think. Is it like restless leg.
Yep son's still here, they seem to be communicating and he doesn't seem angry so fingers crossed. We are trying not to interfere, but thats a hard one for me ha ha.
He had football after work last night, but he will be home for tea tonight, see what he shares with us xx

    Hello everybody

I hope you feel better soon @janer1967 I can imagine that to be quite annoying

It's not really like restless legs it's a very sharp nerve pain and muscle spasm my leg jerks

But it's strange as it is a sort of phantom pain you get with amputation it feels like it is in the missing part of my leg but it's my stump that spasms

I will be OK it's one of the things you just have to put up with I've had it 5 years now but not usually lasting for this long usually goes away after about an hour

Glad your son seems to be doing OK @SueHeath but don't spoil him too much he won't want to go home

Thanks @66Mustang hope you have good day

Afternoon all,  hope it settles down for you @janer1967
I've gone a week now with no chocolate cakes or junk.
Don't miss it just headaches. Still trying low carb, even found a potatoe that is low carb, I need to buy. I need that in my life.

No its like a normal potatoe sainsbury sell them, called Vivaldi, known as a skinny potatoe, creamer then normal spuds but low carb.
but a load of low carb potatoe seeds have been planted in uk from Canada called carisma.  Think its going to be a big thing soon. I

I havnt ate any spuds for a week, but I'm going to buy those.

@janer1967 the 20 pound off a 60 shop is a good deal. It worked out that I had 36 items for 40  and brands in there like cleaning stuff.  Also Free delivery and they supply bags

@Teddybear12 oh, I guess that must be a good thing if he doesn’t need them. I will send him some cheese virtually. Our dog loves cheese as well!

Afternoon all! Been busy for the last few days and aching from my last Hydrotherapy last week. My muscles have majorly contracted since they were stretched. I do not have CP but after these contractions, I have every sympathy for those who deal with them day in, day out.

Bless @Siwheels73 you suffered last week if i remember - but as you know you probably don't stop feeling the pain till just before your next session. hopefully it will be worth it.

@SueHeath I know things get worse before they get better, and I am looking at the end result, which SHOULD be better. If not, then it's not for want of trying
