We go to a small village about 10 mins on the bus, I let her choose a toy out of charity shop. Also is a park there. She usually gets sweets  too.  Venture into Costa for a baby chino( hot chocolate with a flake)  then back on the bus. If its a nice day we get a picnic on the park. Or we get something  there,  to eat when we're back. Accasionally eat there at a restaurant.  She only goes on bus with me as parents drive.

@SueHeath thank you. Yes I’ve been out every day for a walk and also out in the car a couple of times. I don’t really know why I’m struggling though, I can’t really put my finger on it but on the bright side it’s nice having the house stress free as my “grumpy” relative isn’t here at the moment!

@janer1967 do you get heartburn a lot? I used to get it every day, was taking Rennies (other antacids are available), maybe 6 of them a day, then told my doctor and she prescribed me something and I have not had heartburn once since. If you get it frequently it might be worth telling your doctor.

I'm shattered, I can't cope going  out every day,  not going past the door tomorrow. Or weekend. My mouth is sore still using straw to drink coffee. We had picnic in Park only strawberry and sausage rolls, crisps.

Hope you feel better soon @66Mustang

Hope you sleep better tonight @janer1967

Yes @Teddybear12 My name is Sue and i am addicted to gardening ha ha - not many years ago it would take me about a day and half to get my garden summer ready well the last couple of days i have only been able to fill one pot then sit down - put a couple of plants  in the ground then sit with coffee ha ha i am now a frustrated gardener.
It's good tho isn't it xx
When i noticed what time you were on line @janer1967 i thought b/f was snoring again ha ha xx
Walking/driving/nature/gardening all good for our souls @66Mustang xx

@66Mustang I don't get heartburn on a regular basis thankfully apart from when I was pregnant but that's typical for many pregnancies

I don't have anything in the house to take just usually try milk

@Sandy_123 what a lovely day I love picnics enjoy your peaceful weekend

The only thing i find with that @Siwheels73 is your body only just stops hurting before you go again, but it will be so helpful if you can complete it.

We have a voucher to get some free apples from M&S so will probably go and get those. :D

That sounds like a successful morning. We are going to do the dog later because it's raining here at the moment.

That seems like a long time to wait for a prescription. We have regularly been having to wait a week for ours which I thought was a lot.

That's a pain @Teddybear12 :( But fingers crossed you'll be able to pick it up today without any problems.

Happy Friday everyone :) Does anyone have any plans for the weekend?

Hi @janer1967! Great to hear from you.

Oh no, that sounds terrible. I hope you are on the mend soon. Make sure you take care of yourself and get the rest you need and deserve.

Going to the coast on Sunday weather permitting and health sounds really relaxing. I hope you enjoy the coast and going to see Maverick next Saturday! I'm not going but it sounds great  :)

Is that the new Top Gun film @janer1967? @grinchy mentioned it if so, so you'll both have to let us all know what it's like! I hope that you feel better soon. I don't have any plans to see it, but my friend has asked if I want to go and see Everything Everywhere All At Once, so I might see that at some point.

It sounds like you'll be having a productive weekend @l_volunteer :)
